Our collaborative approach means our team works together, often combining treatments for maximum effectiveness.
PILATES AND WELLNESS
Our team comprises hybrid experts in dance, performing arts, physiotherapy, and neuromuscular study. They craft Pilates programs that blend the timeless techniques of Joseph Pilates with the dynamic choreography of legends like Allison Gonzales and Romana Kryzanowska. The result? Engaging routines that enhance flexibility, relieve stress, and empower individuals to lead healthier, more vibrant lives. Join our Pilates classes every Thursday morning at the clinic.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is a deep tissue massage which is personalized to the athlete, taking into account their sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements, sports massage therapy can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event. Athletes have discovered that specially designed sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares their body and mind for optimal performance.

Combined with expertise in cognitive and mobility enhancement, strength and agility training and performing arts, our team tailors programs to boost endurance, power, and speed so that individuals can surpass their peak potential.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Our team employs advanced biomechanics and applied physiology to fine tune individuals performance and prevent injuries. Using techniques like BStrong blood flow restriction training, electrostimulation and shockwave therapy, we address sports specific concerns with precision and athletes to can compete effectively over longer consistent periods.
SHOCKWAVE THERAPY
Shockwave therapy is a novel treatment that is great for promoting healing and speeding up recovery alongside physiotherapy. It is particularly useful for muscle or tendon problems that have lasted more that 3 months.

STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT
ALTERG: THE ANTI GRAVITY TREADMILL
With only 400 pieces all over the world, the AlterG is a rare anti-gravity treadmill that uses NASA differentiated air pressure technology to lift and support the body while walking or running. This cutting-edge machine supports your body during strides, reducing joint impact and lowering the risk of injury. Favored by elite athletes like Mo Farah and top football clubs, the AlterG enhances speed and cardio training while protecting joints and accelerating lower extremety recovery, allowing athletes to return to the sport faster. It also provides also seniors and those with neurological conditions a safe platform to boost fitness and strength without the fear of falling.
WEARABLE MUSLC TECHNOLOGY
We use wearable technology that analyzes muscle activity and heart rate biosignals to pinpoint which muscle groups are engaged during your workout and the distribution of effort from left to right. This ensures correct form, helping you gauge your effort and maximize your workout, so as to achieve greater performance on the track or field efficiently and effortless, without pain or injuries.
BSTRONG
BStrong utilizes blood flow restriction (BFR) training, a technique that manipulates the body's circulatory system in combination with light-weight exercise to deliver results comparable to high-intensity strength training. By using lighter weights, BFR reduces the risk of muscle strain or joint injury, leading to less soreness and quicker recovery. This method allows you to safely build strength, enhance muscle tone, and accelerate recovery, all while minimizing the physical strain typically associated with heavy lifting.
